The check-in process at the gas station was frustrating. I waited 30 minutes just to get my key. The staff lacked professionalism. one employee was rude and seemed more interested in snacks than helping guests. Additionally, I had issues with my room key not working properly. While the coffee was easily accessible, the overall service did not match the quality of the accommodations.
